Store Operations Warehouse Coordinator

The role:

This is a permanent part-time position (22.5hr/week) across Monday, Tuesday and Thursday's (Tuesday's are negotiable for another day). Reporting to the Head of Operations, the Store Operations Warehouse Coordinator oversees all receiving and dispatch activities within the warehouse. This role ensures the warehouse is consistently maintained to company standards, upholding strong organizational and housekeeping practices. Additionally, the coordinator may be tasked with other duties as requested by the Head of Operations.

What you'll be doing: 

• Receive and dispatch all fixtures, fittings, POS, signage, and related equipment to company standards
• Maintain inventory accuracy through precise data entry of sales and transfers
• Coordinate and dispatch New Store Orders, security tags, hangers, customer bags, and related stationery
• Ensure all orders are processed accurately, on time, and per company guidelines
• Liaise with couriers and coordinate deliveries as directed
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and ensure equipment is stored safely and correctly
• Build strong relationships with store teams to understand and meet equipment needs
• Report audit findings and escalate risks to relevant stakeholders
  
• Collaborate with Store Operations and other teams while working independently
• Troubleshoot and escalate store-related issues as needed

What you'll need: 

• Ability to 22.5hrs/week across Monday's, Tuesday's and Thursday's (7.5hrs) on a weekly basis (Tuesday's are negotiable if it does nto align with your committments)
• Experience working in retail or warehousing would be advantageous
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with a variety of stakeholders
  
• Ability to work autonomously
