Customer Service Agent
The role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Agent to join our committed team at our Murarrie Distribution Centre! Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be the first point of contact for all City Beach customers, ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience no matter what their query!
What you'll be doing

Communicating with customers via phone, email and chat services.

Directing all incoming calls to the relevant department, when applicable.

Processing and managing online customer orders.

Ensuring all customer related issues are escalated to the Customer Service Manager in a timely manner.

Receiving and processing gift cards orders.
What we're looking for
-
Demonstrated experience in a customer service environment.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Well-developed communication skills.

Ability to work both under direction and autonomously.

Competent in MS Word and Excel.

Availability to work between 20 - 38 hours a week during the weekdays, typically morning shifts from 6am.
