The role


The in-store Visual Merchandiser is accountable for upholding City Beach visual merchandising standards in our retail stores. You will help to create an appealing and shoppable environment for our customers by maintaining high standards of store presentation and visual merchandising formats. You will also support our store teams on the sales floor, creating exceptional and memorable experiences for our customers.

What you'll be doing

 

  • Install and maintain visual merchandising, including windows, in-store concepts, layout, fixture placement, and product displays.

  • Organize and execute promotional events and installations on time and to company standards.

  • Ensure high standards of store presentation, keeping the shopfloor neat and tidy.

  • Communicate visual standards to the store team to ensure consistent execution.

  • Collaborate with store leaders to address visual merchandising opportunities and issues.

  • Recommend and execute strategies to enhance the shopping environment.

  • Support the store team by assisting on the sales floor when needed.

What we're looking for

 

  • Previous experience in a visual merchandiser or similar role.

  • Working knowledge and understanding of visual merchandising trends and best practices.

  • Ability to problem solve and manage time effectively.

  • An obvious love for fashion and a strong sense of personal style and presentation.

  • Flexible and innovative approach in reacting positively to changing work demands.
