Administration Assistant - Men's Buying

The role:
We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and energetic Men's Buying Administration Assistant to join our City Beach Men's Buying Team in our Brisbane Head Office. This is an exciting opportunity to work hands on within the fashion industry and gain exposure to areas of buying and design. The role is a great entry level opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in the fashion industry!
What you’ll be doing:
- Data entry, filing and general administrative tasks
- Processing purchase orders
- Tracking and reporting through excel
- Liaising with suppliers and other external stakeholders
- Assisting the Buying Teams with daily tasks
What we are looking for:
- A keen interest in the fashion industry and an eye for trends
- Previous experience in fashion retail is required
- A keen interest in kickstarting their career in Men's Buying
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong organisational and administration skills
- Sound computer skills and proficiency in Excel
- Full Time availability from Monday-to-Friday
